Bajaj launched the all new cruiser bike Avenger Street 180 in India. The Avenger Street 180 is an entry-level cruiser that carries a classical design. The Bajaj Avenger Street 180 come with LED DRLs and an analogue single-pod console which houses the speedometer and odometer. The bike get cosmetic updates include new body graphics and colors.

Design and Features:
Bajaj Avenger Street 180 carries the design and most of the components from the Avenger Street 220 except for the fully-digital console (to keep costs in check). Some of the design highlights include LED DRL headlight, new graphics with larger Avenger insignia, black alloy wheels and rubberised rear grab rail.

The bike is powered by a new 180cc single-cylinder DTS-i engine, delivering 15.3 Bhp at 8500rpm while peak torque of 13.7 Nm kicks in at 6500 rpm. That’s 1.52PS and 0.52Nm lesser than the Pulsar 180 DTS-i. This could mean that the motor is tuned to deliver more low-end and mid-range grunt, mated to a 5-speed unit.
