Yamaha recently lunched the 2018 version of the YZF R3 in India. The design of 2018 YZF R3 remains identical to the 2017 model. The bike come with two new colour schemes like as magma black and racing blue. There aren’t any mechanical changes to the 2018 R3 other than the updation to BS-IV emission norms and the addition of dual-channel ABS have made it better value.

Yamaha India Motor Pvt. Ltd. launched the new Yamaha YZF R3 facelift at the Auto Expo 2018. The updated model comes with a handful of updates, which include a standard Dual-channel ABS and Metzeler tires. The new dual-channel ABS technology should make the updated 2018 Yamaha YZF R3 more attractive for many low-capacity supersports motorcycle buyers. According to design of new Yamaha YZF R3 does not get any up-gradation and the sportbike continues to wear sharp but neutral-looking clothes. All the features of the previous model are retained without any change.

Specifications:
2018 Yamaha YZF R3 is powered by a 321cc liquid-cooled and fuel-injected parallel twin motor, the YZF-R3 puts out 42PS of power at 10750rpm and 29.6Nm of peak torque at 9000rpm. Power is transferred to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox. Braking is done via 298mm front and 220mm rear disc brake setup. However, Yamaha is offering a dual channel ABS as standard this time around.
