Shocking News: Gorakhdham Super Fast Express collided into Goods Train on 26th May, 2014

 Preliminary reports said two people were feared killed in the accident while many others were injured. However, unconfirmed reports said that the death toll could touch 50. After the accident, the engine along with four general coaches and an AC coach along with a SLR derailed, confirmed PRO of the North-Eastern Railway Alok Kumar to UNI.

Monday morning leaving Lucknow Gorakhpur Gorakhpur Gorakhdham Express between township and crashed near Chureb station. To train on the same track and collided with the coming Gorakhdham.

 The accident killed 30 more people and injuring more than 100 people reported it’s coming. After the accident, Gorakhpur – Lucknow railway route has been disrupted. Accident Relief Trains from Gorakhpur and Gonda have been dispatched.

PM-elect Narendra Modi extended his condolences to the victims’ families and tweeted that he had asked the Cabinet Secretary to take stock of the situation and ensure that people are assisted in time.

 
As per reports, 4 General Bogies, 1 AC coach, 1 Sleeper Coach and the engine of the train have been destroyed completely in the accident. A relief train has been sent to the place of miss-hap to rescue the people.The incident took place between 10:45 to 10:55 am.
