Jawa Forty Two:- The legendary motorcycle brand Jawa has made a comeback with three new offerings to challenge Royal Enfield in the 300cc segment. The Mahindra-owned brand on Thursday launched three new variants with prices ranging from Rs 1.55 lakh to Rs 1.89 lakh. The variants launched today include Jawa, Jawa Forty Two, and a bobber custom, Jawa Perak.
The Jawa 42 is the most affordable BSVI compliant motorcycle you can currently buy and it has modern design theme with appealing black finishes as opposed to the gleaming chrome touches in the ‘Jawa’ roadster. Priced at Rs. 1.55 lakh (ex-showroom), it is Rs. 9,000 cheaper than the ‘Jawa’ and has several commonalities in the mechanical and features department.
Royal Enfield Classic 350:- This is a motorcycle that does not need to shout to be heard. Born of a rich heritage and bred with royal elegance, this 350cc thumper has all the qualities of a typical Royal Enfield. The smaller twin of the Classic 500, the Classic 350 will hold its own against any other motorcycle and then pull some more. The Classic 350 shares its powerplant with the legendary Thunderbird Twinspark. The torque to flatten mountains and the fuel efficiency to cross entire ranges comes in the same understated yet charming styling.
