Kawasaki ER-6n Overview : The new ER-6n is the naked version of Kawasaki’s successful sports tourer motorcycle – the Ninja 650. Interestingly, it is the Japanese brand’s first model in India which isn’t part of the Z or the Ninja family. The ER-6n is built around a double-pipe perimeter-style frame that is visible to enhance its overall look. It is designed more for urban riding unlike its faired sibling which is more of a sports tourer. The motorcycle looks very compact and gets a high-riding fuel tank, new headlamp and split seats with a big grab rail.

Kawasaki ER-6n Specifications : For a power-packed ride, Kawasaki ER-6n is served by a liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine with a displacement of 649cc. This robust DOHC engine scoops out a maximum power of 71.1bhp at 8,500rpm and peak torque of 64Nm at 7,000rpm. It is mated to a 6 speed transmission and a wet multi-disc, manual clutch system with easy action. There is a sealed chain final drive and forced, semi-dry up type lubrication system attached with the engine.

Kawasaki ER-6n Mileage : The peppy performance takes toll on the fuel efficiency and it ends up delivering 15kmpl in city. Highways though will return a higher 22-24kmpl.
