The Starbucks is largest company in world as a coffeehouse chain. It is a basically American company set up in 1971, as a coffee producer and coffee shop provider. Today, the company has its chain of shops across 62 countries with nearly 20,890 stores everywhere. The company coffee producing unit is in Seattle, since 1971. The company serves whole-bean coffee as well as grinded coffee along with snacks, in its stores.
In India, the Starbucks opened its first branch in 2005. Since then, it has gone on expanding business across the cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Pune. It has plan for opening more stores in upcoming years. It collaborates with Tata Coffee here, for sourcing and processing the main ingredient. The store list in India will go as follows:
