As of May 2014, Padukone has several upcoming projects. She will feature in Homi Adajania’s English and Konkani language satire Finding Fanny, alongside Arjun Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur, and is filming with Shahrukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan for Farah Khan’s renewal of Happy New Year. Padukone has been cast as the eponymous protagonist of Shoojit Sircar’s Piku, a drama co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Irrfan Khan and Jisshu Sengupta, and has committed to star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Imtiaz Ali’sTamasha.
