In these tough times we need to take care of our body in mental as well as physical capacity.
These workout can be easily performed at home with minimal equipment or if don’t have any you don’t have to worry as you can do without any equipment.
Both hand Toe touch 10 times.
Shoulder stretch 20 seconds each shoulder.
Knee Tuck each leg 5 time.
30 seconds high knee.
Rest for 30 seconds.
1 Minute twisting jump.
Rest 30 second.
1 Minute Alternate toe touch.
Exercise:- Today we will do a Tabata workout, In this workout, we will perform 5 exercises for 8 sets each. So we will complete 8 sets of the first exercise then we will move to the other exercise, like that to the third then fourth then the fifth exercise.
Each set will be of 30 seconds then 10 seconds rest like that we will do 8 sets of each exercise.
1. Squat pulse.
2. spider mountain climbers.
4. side to side shuffles.
5. leg flutter crunches.
Then do cool-down exercises.
1. Shoulder stretching do it for 30 seconds each hand.
2. Squat hold for 30 seconds.
