Porsche Cayenne Facelift and Cayenne Coupe Facelift cars have been launched in India. While the Cayenne facelift has been priced at Rs 1.36 crore, the Cayenne Coupe facelift is priced at Rs 1.42 crore (both prices, ex-showroom, India). Deliveries of the new Porsche will begin in India from July 2023.

Exterior Design:
In terms of looks, Porsche has made some minor changes to the new Cayenne. Its front gets revised bonnet and matrix LED headlights. At the rear, a lightbar connecting the tail-lamps, the redesigned tail-lamps get LED elements. Changes to the interior of the Cayenne include a triple-screen dashboard layout, a curved, 12.6-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen in the center and a 10.9-inch touchscreen for the passenger. Other feature lists include a digital instrument cluster, a new steering wheel, a dash-mounted drive selector and a redesigned center console.
Luxury Cabin:
The cabin of the Cayenne is quite luxurious. It has a 3 screen dashboard layout. It gets a curved, 12.6-inch digital instrument cluster with a center 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 10.9-inch touchscreen for the passenger (available as an option). The screen dashboard works in a very smooth manner, where it is so advanced that many commands are easily understood through voice commands. Other changes include a Taycan-like digital instrument cluster, a new steering wheel, a dash-mounted drive selector and a redesigned central console.
Engine Specifications:
Only the base models of the Cayenne and the Cayenne Coupe are currently available, powered by a 3.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V6 petrol engine capable of generating 353hp and 500Nm of peak torque. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
An E-Hybrid model is due to launch soon, sharing the same V6 engine, but with more power. Its power is 470hp. Its 25.9kWh battery helps it achieve an electric-only range of up to 90km and the 11kW on-board charger charges the battery in about 2.5 hours.
Porsche mentioned that the high-performance Cayenne Turbo GT will not be sold in India as well as in Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. The updated Turbo GT now produces 659hp, 19hp more than the previous model. It can still achieve 0-100 kmph in 3.3 seconds but now its top speed has increased to 305 kmph.
