Hyosung Aquila GV250 Pro made quite a splash in India when it was launched in the year 2013. It was the first twin-cylinder cruiser that looked stunning and had enormous power. It therefore comes as no surprise as DSK launches the all new Hyosung GV650 Aquila Pro to cash in on the huge popularity of Aquila Pro. It manages to impress the customers despite the presence of heavyweight players Japanese and American players by virtue of its blend of laid back custom cruiser and modern power cruiser. It offers a perfect blend of great handling, impressive performance and a terrific design language and succeeds in making its mark as a comfortable sports cruiser.
Hyosung Aquila Pro650 Overview : The Hyosung Aquila Pro650 is the bigger and more powerful of the Aquila series cruiser motorcycles sold by Hyosung in India. The styling is reminiscent of old-school cruisers and is the second most expensive Hyosung motorcycle money can buy in India. It is assembled in India by DSK Motowheels at their facility in Maharashtra. The motorcycle is built on a perimeter tubular steel cradle and gets upside down telescopic front suspension and hydraulic double shock absorbers at the rear. Stopping power comes from dual-piston callipers biting into two 300mm discs at the front and a single piston calliper 270mm disc at the rear. It gets a 120/70 ZR18 tyre at the front and 180/55 ZR17 tyre at the rear.

Hyosung Aquila Pro650 Specifications : Hyosung have re-tuned its 650cc engine for this bike which also powers other bikes of this family. It’s a V-twin DOHC 647cc engine which generates a maximum power output of 74 bhp at 9000 rpm. This liquid cooled, fuel injected 8 valve engine produces a peak torque of 62.1 nm which arrives at 7500 rpm. This bike comes equipped with a five speed manual gearbox which has a one gear down and four gears up shift pattern.

Hyosung Aquila Pro650 Mileage : The heavy weight of this bike affects its fuel economy badly as it only manages to return an overall fuel economy of around 15km/ltr.
Hyosung Aquila Pro650 Top Speed : It will take around 8.5 seconds to reach 0-100 km/hr which is quite respectable for a bike of this size. The bike lacks harshness and vibration and it can easily cruise at the speed of 150 km/hr. In fact, this bike seems best after 100 km/hr. Apart from that company claimed Top Speed of 195 kmph.
