Mahindra was the first company to launch Electric vehicle in India and investing continuously for many years. The Mahindra & Mahindra launched first-ever electric sedan car names “eVerito”. However, first, it was available for only commercial use only, but in the present it also available for individual buyers as well. For the increasing demand for Electric vehicles, the Indian Government also supporting the customer by offering a huge big amount in terms of Subsidy up to Rs. 1.5 lacs. Mahindra has launched the e-Verito sedan at Rs 9.5 Lakh for the base D2 variant. The D4 and D6 variants are priced at Rs 9.75 lakh and Rs 10 lakh respectively (all prices ex-showroom Delhi). The car is based on Mahindra’s slow-selling Verito sedan that is otherwise offered with a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Like the e2o, the e-Verito runs on electricity alone. It is powered by a three-phase 72V electric motor that produces 41PS of power and 91Nm of torque. The model has a claimed range of 110km, with the top speed rated at a modest 86 kmph. At just Rs. 1.15/km, eVerito beats almost all other cars on running costs. The cost is calculated with these figures: 18 units of electricity consumed at Rs. 7.00/unit, at a range of 110 km. The Government too believes that an all-electric, zero emission car is tomorrow’s movement towards better mobility solutions. It rewards you with a wide range of tax exemptions and benefits when you buy the eVerito.

Mahindra eVerito Electric car will comes with 21.2kWh, 3 Phase AC induction electric motor with Generating power of 41 hp and 91Nm torque power. As per the company, The eVerito will offer riding range upto 110kmrs on a single charge. The cars battery can be charged with in 11-12 hours from AC normal charger while DC fast charging can juice up the battery 0-80 percent with in 90 min. If we talk about performance then, Mahindra eVerito capable to accelerate from 0-60kmph in just 11.2 seconds as well as this electric car can reach the top speed of 86kmph. It will come with single-speed transmission option. It will be a good car for fun driving with no noise or vibrations with lots of comfortables. The electric eVerito is for sure faster, silent and more fun to drive.

Mahindra eVerito EV Design
In terms of styling, there will no difference in the eVerito EV from its Fuel oriented car. Mahindra eVerito Electric car exteriors have body-coloured bumpers, door handles and outer rear view mirrors in all variants, and a front grille with chrome bottom bezel is featured in top variants, D4 and D6. The clear lens headlamps, side body cladding and the graphics with Verito Electric signature get it due attraction on the road.
The Mahindra eVerito interiors feature premium dual-tone black and CC grey interior theme with woven jacquard upholstery in the base variant D2, and circular knit upholstery in D4 and D6 variants. The centre bezel and gear shifter bezel are cubic-printed finishings. The silver accents on the AC vents and knobs add to the aesthetics of interiors, and the air conditioning with heater gives efficient cooling and adds to the comfort of the occupants.
