Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX: 1,000km range EV showcased in India.
German car maker Mercedes has unveiled its EQXX EV at the third edition of the Road Safety Summit in India. On this occasion, the company has also made some more imported announcements. Like accident free driving by 2050, all electric Mercedez cars by 2030 and EQXX EV showcased etc.
The demand for electric vehicles is gaining momentum all over the world and in India as well, customers and car makers are now focusing more on the EV business. A cool electric car from German auto company Mercedes Benz has joined this race. Mercedes has introduced its concept electric car Mercedes Vision EQXX and in terms of range, this car can make other electric cars sweat. Mercedes has claimed that the new EQXX can deliver a robust range of around 1,000 kms on a single charge.
Mercedes Benz is also increasingly adding electric vehicles to its line-up and launching new models. The company plans to electrify the entire product portfolio by 2030. Now the company is going to bring a tremendous electric car.

The biggest advantage of this car is the range. In terms of range, this car can even leave behind the traditional fuel weekly. This Mercedes car will give a tremendous range of 1000 km on a single charge.
Launch Date
It uses a prototype of Mercedes-Benz’s next-generation EV drivetrain with innovative battery technology that will enter production in 2024.

Mercedes Vision EQXX: Exterior Design
On the front end of the EQXX resembles a sports car, with a low leading edge, a short bonnet, curvy fenders and a large wheelhouse. The signature Mercedes grille has been replaced by a star graphic incorporated within the front bumper, while the digital LED headlights are joined by a full-width LED light bar.
At the rear, the EQXX draws on the active aerodynamic developments first explored by Mercedes at the 2015 Concept IAA. It includes a diffuser element that automatically increases speed to smooth airflow and reduce turbulence at speed.
Mercedes Vision EQXX: Interior
On the inside, what catches the eye is the massive 47.5-inch seamless display that stretches across the width of the dashboard. The display itself has 8K resolution and serves both the instrument cluster (the area in front of the driver) and the infotainment system.
Mercedes has also gone through an effort to use sustainable materials extensively around the cabin. These materials include textiles using fibers such as bio-steel silk, vegan leather derived from mushroom or cactus fibers, as well as carpets made from bamboo fiber.
Mercedes Vision EQXX: Powertrain and battery
Obviously the battery pack is the most important thing in this concept electric car. It has been given a unit that can boast of a 20 per cent increase in energy density compared to the battery found in the recently launched EQS. This is achieved by using a newly developed motor and a bespoke lithium-ion battery which, at just under 100kWh, has less overall energy efficiency than the EQS – the longest range version lasts 770km. Apart from, The Vision EQXX concept also features 117 solar cells on the roof that power the car’s auxiliary systems. Given ideal weather conditions, the solar panel alone can add 25 km of range in a day.
