Maruti Suzuki Ertiga 2022: Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2022 model of its popular MPV Ertiga on Friday. In the new and upgraded model, the starting ex-showroom price of 2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is Rs 8.35 lakh (LXI variant). The ex-showroom price of its top variant is Rs 12,79,000. The company has introduced it in petrol and CNG versions. The 2022 Ertiga facelift petrol gives a mileage of 20.51 kmpl, CNG has a mileage of 26.11 kmpl. The latest Ertiga comes in four trims and 11 broad variants. Three automatic options have been given in the VXi, ZXi and ZXi+, while the CNG option is also available in two variants.
Ertiga was first launched in India in 2012. It is often included in the list of top-10 selling cars in the country. The company has sold more than seven lakh units of it. The pre-bookings for this MPV started earlier this month for Rs 11,000.
Exterior Design:
This time around, you will see a very special design in the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Facelift, which is quite different from the previous models. The new model uses a new radiator grille and new dual tone alloy wheels with chrome inserts. Metallic teak wooden finish and dual tone seat fabric will be seen on the dashboard of the car. The front row armrests of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Facelift and roof mounted AC for the rear seat passengers have been given. Apart from this, auto headlamps have also been provided with follow me home function. It has a SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system that comes with voice commands and cruise control.
Interiors:
Talking about the features of Maruti Ertiga facelift, The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga gets 7-inch Smart Play Pro infotainment system, onboard voice assistant, Suzuki Connect, smartwatch connectivity, seat back recliner and flat fold option, cruise control, driver side auto-window. The S-CNG variant also gets auto headlamps with anti-pinch, follow me home functionality, retractable key-operated ORVMs and a CNG-specific speedometer.
Engine Details:
Powering the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is the new 1.5-litre K-Series engine that produces 103bhp of power and 137Nm of torque. This engine is available in S-CNG configuration too, where it produces 86bhp in CNG mode. A new 6-speed automatic transmission is being offered in addition to the 5-speed manual, with steering mounted paddle shifters
